Four graduation photo booth frames

From the formal ceremony to the late-night party, each graduation photo booth template has its own colors, lettering and details. Every frame works with your photos and the layout you choose.

Golden Commencement

Navy, ivory and polished gold with laurel corners and a CLASS OF panel. A formal, academic finish for portraits right after the ceremony.

Caps in the Air

Bright blue with yellow trim, flying caps, streamers and confetti, plus a hand-lettered WE DID IT! Loud, happy and made for the whole friend group.

Senior Yearbook

Aged paper, tape, doodled stars and a varsity-style SENIOR YEARBOOK header. It looks like a page you would sign for each other on the last day.

Midnight Graduate

Midnight blue, silver foil, starbursts and disco balls with THE FUTURE STARTS NOW. Built for grad parties and celebrations that go late.

Before the caps come off

Graduation photo booth ideas for the whole day

Graduation goes by fast. These three moments are worth a strip of their own, whether you shoot them on the day or put one together from the photos you already have.

Four graduates in caps and gowns laughing together under falling confetti

The whole crew, one last time

Squeeze everyone in right after the ceremony while the gowns are still on. Hold up diplomas, then do one shot where everybody laughs at once.

Your diploma moment

You earned the spotlight. Hold the diploma up, look straight at the camera, then let the celebration take over in the next shot.

The after-party

Keep the caps on for the evening. Night shots with friends, a disco ball or string lights make a strip that feels nothing like the ceremony photos.

From ceremony to keepsake

Make your graduation strip in three steps.

Use your phone or laptop camera, or bring photos from the ceremony. Choose the frame and format first and the tool arranges everything for you.

  1. 01

    Choose a frame & layout

Pick a graduation photo booth template, then choose a strip, a single-photo frame or a grid. The layout decides how many photos you take or upload.

  2. 02

    Take or upload your photos

Use the countdown to get your cap straight, or upload pictures and adjust each crop. Keep faces toward the middle of the frame.

  3. 03

    Customize & download

In Customize, switch frames, try a filter and add stickers. Then download your PNG and share it.

The grad pose list

Four poses, four different moods.

Run through these with friends or on your own. The example strip uses four photos; you can choose another layout and keep only your favorites.

POSE 01A graduate holding a rolled diploma with a silver bow at night

The diploma hold

Raise the diploma beside your face and give the camera your proudest smile.

POSE 02Two graduates leaning together, one making a peace sign

The duo shot

Lean in with your best friend, heads together, and throw up a peace sign.

POSE 03A graduate smiling and pointing both hands at the camera

The point and grin

Finger guns at the camera. Slightly cheesy, completely worth it.

POSE 04A graduate cheering with arms raised as caps fly overhead

The big celebration

Arms up, mouth open, caps flying if you can. Save this one for last.

The details make it graduation

Frames designed around the day.

Each design adapts to every supported layout and keeps the proportions of the original artwork, so the lettering and decorations look the way they were drawn.

  • Ceremony and party in one collection

Laurels and gold for the formal photos, confetti for the cap toss, foil and starbursts for the night. Pick the frame that matches the moment.

  • Your photos keep their color

Every graduation template starts without a filter. Keep the natural look, or switch to black and white or vintage tones in Customize.

  • Decorations from the original designs

Each frame keeps its own caps, streamers, tape, doodles and sparkles around the photos. Add your own stickers in Customize for more.

Keepsakes for friends, family and the group chat.

A graduation photo strip is small enough to share and personal enough to keep. Pair it with a caption that says exactly who it is for.

For your best friend

Put the silly faces and the proud ones side by side, then send it before the summer splits everyone up.

For the people who got you here

Choose your best ceremony photos and add a thank-you for parents, grandparents or anyone who cheered from the stands.

For the group chat

One strip, the whole group. Post it the night of graduation or keep it for the reunion slideshow.

Grad-day photo tips

Caps, gowns and good light.

Black gowns and bright skies can be tricky for any camera. A few small choices make every photo in the strip look better.

Four graduates photographed outdoors in warm late-afternoon light

Outdoors: late-afternoon light

Four graduates photographed at night with city lights behind them

At night: face the brightest light

Two example photos from the templates above, one taken in daylight and one at night.
  • Turn toward the light

Face the sun when it is low, or step into open shade at midday. Harsh overhead sun puts cap shadows across eyes.

  • Watch the cap brim

Tilt your chin up slightly so the cap does not hide your eyes, and keep tassels to one side for the posed shots.

  • Leave room for the group

Step back before the countdown so every face fits. Keep heads and hands away from the edges, or fix it with the crop when uploading.

Graduation photo booth FAQ

Answers to the questions people ask before they open the camera.

What can I make with this graduation photo booth?

A graduation photo strip in your browser. Take new photos or upload your own, choose one of four graduation frames and a layout, customize it with filters and stickers, and download a PNG.

Is it free, and do I need an account?

Yes, it is free. All four graduation templates, camera capture, uploads, filters, stickers and downloads are included, with no sign-up and no app to install.

Can I change the year or add my name on the frame?

Not inside the frame. The CLASS OF, WE DID IT! and SENIOR MEMORIES panels are part of each design, so their lettering stays exactly as drawn. You can add stickers in Customize, and write your names or class year in the caption when you share the strip.

Do I have to use four photos?

No. The examples show four-photo strips, but Capture also offers a single photo, two- and three-photo strips and grids. The layout you choose sets how many photos go in.

Can I use photos from the ceremony instead of the camera?

Yes. Upload pictures in Capture and adjust the crop before adding them. You can mix photos from the ceremony, the party and the days before.

Does it work for big group photos?

Yes. Choose a layout with wider photos, step back so everyone fits, and use the crop when uploading to keep every face inside the frame.

Does it work on iPhone, Android and laptops?

Use a current browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Allow camera access to take new photos, or upload instead. Some mobile browsers open the finished image on its own page, where a long press saves it.

Are my photos uploaded?

Capture, editing and PNG creation happen in your browser, and downloading does not upload anything. Only if you create a share link is the finished strip uploaded so the link can be opened.

Can I print it or order prints here?

This site makes a digital PNG and does not print or ship photos. You can save the file and print it yourself or with any photo printing service.
