How to Make Your Wedding Photo Strip

A few easy steps, whether you’re taking pictures together now or gathering favorites after the wedding.

  1. 1. Choose a frame and layout

Open a wedding template in Capture. Choose a strip, grid, or single-photo layout. Allow camera access to take new pictures, or upload photos from your device and review each crop.

  2. 2. Add your own finishing touches

Continue to Customize to switch frames, try a filter, or add a sticker. Use the footer text field for names, your wedding date, or a short thank-you. Review the final preview.

  3. 3. Save and share the moment

Download your completed PNG with the frame and edits included. Keep it in your album or send it to someone who made the day special. On mobile, follow your browser’s image-saving options.

Wedding Photo Booth Ideas for Every Part of the Celebration

There’s more to the day than the formal portrait. Make room for the people, small rituals, and unplanned moments that give your wedding its own story.

Newlyweds sharing a laugh

A moment for just the two of you

Slip away for a short session after the ceremony. Start with a smile, then turn toward each other. A tiny sequence can hold the feeling of finally being married.

Wedding guests taking a picture together

Your favorite people, together

Invite siblings, old friends, or both families into the frame. Keep groups small enough that everyone can be seen, and leave room around faces when choosing a narrow strip.

A couple enjoying a relaxed moment together

Before and after the big day

Make an engagement-party strip, collect rehearsal-dinner smiles, or upload honeymoon favorites later. Reuse a frame to give the memories a shared look.

A keepsake that feels like you

A Wedding Photo Strip for Every Kind of Memory

A vertical strip captures a changing expression. A grid gives a few favorite moments equal space. A single-photo frame lets one portrait have the spotlight.

Choose the format in Capture before you fill it. In Customize, add a little context with a line such as “Alex & Sam · 12 June 2027” or “So glad you were here.” Your finished image includes the standard QR and footer beneath the photos.

Easy Wedding Photo Booth Poses

Keep the first pose simple, then let the mood loosen up. These ideas work for a couple or can be adapted for a friend, sibling, or guest.

Set Up a Simple DIY Wedding Photo Booth Corner

A calm background, flattering light, and a steady device are a good place to start. Test your setup before guests arrive so the camera and saving steps feel familiar.

Choose a quiet backdrop

Try a plain curtain, a light wall, or a small floral arrangement beside the frame. Keep busy decor away from faces. Greenery works especially well with Sage Garden; a simple drape lets Pearl Vows stay understated.

Make the light work for you

Face a window in daytime or use steady, even lighting in the evening. Avoid a bright light directly behind the group. Position the camera near eye level and check both light and dark outfits in the preview.

Help guests finish their session

Keep the device stable and powered, with a reliable connection. Show guests where to start, review, and download. On a shared device, save the result and clear the previous session before the next group begins.

This browser tool creates digital keepsakes. For an unattended event setup, physical prints, or an automatically collected guest gallery, plan those services separately.

Give the Little Moments a Place to Live

Send a strip with your thank-you message, save a pair of portraits beside your wedding album, or make a collection of the people who came to celebrate. A few small pictures can bring back a whole conversation.

For an understated finish, try our black and white photo booth. For a single picture with a handwritten-style caption, explore the Polaroid Maker.

Wedding Photo Booth FAQs

Is this wedding photo booth free?

Yes. Take or upload photos, use the available wedding templates and layouts, customize your result, and download a PNG for free. No sign-up or app installation is required.

How does an online wedding photo booth work?

Choose a frame to open Capture. Select your layout, allow camera access for new pictures or upload existing photos, then continue to Customize. Review your frame, filters, and text before downloading the finished image.

Can I add our names and wedding date?

Yes. Enter a short line in the footer text field in Customize, such as “Alex & Sam · 12 June 2027.” Check the preview for length and spelling. The standard footer also includes the website QR code and the creation date; your custom text does not change that automatic date.

Can guests use it on their own phones?

Guests can open this page in a compatible mobile browser and make their own strips. A shared tablet or laptop also works with a supported camera and browser. Each session needs someone to review and save the result; this page does not automatically collect everyone’s photos into a wedding gallery.

Can I upload wedding pictures after the celebration?

Yes. Upload your own JPG, PNG, or WebP pictures, adjust the crop, and combine them in the layout you choose. If your browser cannot open a photo format, try an exported JPG or PNG copy.

How many photos can I include?

The layout controls the number of photos. Capture offers single-photo, vertical strip, and grid options. Fill the selected layout before continuing; the sample strips on this page are only examples.

Can I make black and white wedding photo strips?

Yes. Choose any wedding frame, then try Grayscale or Noir in Customize. The preview shows the effect that will be included in your downloaded PNG.

Does this include printing or a photo booth rental?

This is a browser-based tool for creating digital photo strips. It does not include physical equipment, event staff, or a printer connection. Download the PNG and check the size, crop, and quality separately if you plan to print it elsewhere.

Can I retake a photo before saving?

Yes. Review your pictures in Capture and replace the ones you want to change. The Retake Photos control below the download area in Customize takes you back to Capture.

A little love, saved forever
